Our Ironwork products are of the highest standard in the industry, manufactured in our factory, benefiting from over 45 years experience in metalwork fabrication and bespoke construction. We cater for domestic and commercial clients, many of which are building contractors, councils and property management companies. Services
All our gates are made to order. By manufacturing in this way we can achieve the perfect fit and spec for what is needed, whereas 90% of gates sold online are made at a set size which always means further on-site modification, incurring additional unwanted cost. Designs for Iron gates are endless, so whether it is plain and simple or large and detailed requirement you have we can manufacture exactly what is needed at a competitive price.
All our railings are made to order. Unlike most online companies selling railings in a kit form with nuts, bolts and base plates. We can supply railings in kit form if you wish to install but pride ourselves on how we work our railings. Every job is different, with height, length, spacing and design being bespoke to your requirement.
There are many different types of balconies available. Whether its a juliet balcony or a walk on balcony with structural supports we can manufacture and provide the full service from design to installation. These Iron balconies are mounted on the external face of the building, needed to pass building regs and to sign off a building once built.
In the past few years we have had a massive increase in the demand for fire escapes / metal staircases. Especially in the london area. At present we are constantly manufacturing these. Like for like on these we cannot be beaten on price and quality. All our items are extremely heavy duty. Every fire escape is very different.
We have been manufacturing gates and railings for around 30 years, the market has changed quite a bit in this time. In recent years we have seen the increase in demand for the gate automations side of things. For a lot of people automated gates can ensure the security of the premises. There are many systems available in this market, we specialise in a heavy duty underground system from "Came".

Their outstanding professionalism and quality standards. We had had experience of the firm many years ago and were very impressed then but James exceeded even those high expectations .He has outstanding personal and professional skills and took our basic concept to a higher level that massively exceeded our already high expectations . I contacted various companies for a quote for a new front garden gate. I found Anglia Steelcraft stood out from the crowd. James provided me with a very completive quote, his professional attitude from start to finish has been amazing. I provided James with a sketch and his team was able to duplicate my requirements. There was a slight delay once the gate had been manufactured to the actual install date, this was partly date due to Covid-19. The final product and the overall finish is of an extremely high standard. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship, as part of the installation process

Needed a new Bespoke gate to replace old battered and broken one! James built and fitted this amazing, beautiful high spec lockable gate with weather proof cladding and solid posts. Build quality is off the scale and surpassed our expectations. Very fair price and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

After several abortive attempts to find someone to make bespoke gates for us we came across Anglia Steelcraft. We were recommended to contact James by John the Blacksmith and are very pleased with the results.

James has provided us with excellent service in helping us design our new drive gates with pedestrian gate to match. He tailored a previous design (which we liked as it matched the tile design of our new garden path). James and his team fitted the new gates this morning (8 Dec 2017) - and they look even better than in the photos. We are absolutely delighted with the end results and will be recommending Anglia Steelcraft to family, friends and neighbours.
