HOUSE OF ENKI was founded in 2010 by husband and wife duo. Although already employed in full-time jobs, we were looking for something more, something we could be passionate about and be proud of. We decided to start our own venture and, following an extensive research, we set up our online business, working from home.
Initially, it was hard work juggling a small business alongside full-time jobs (and a new baby!) but the company grew rapidly and in 2013 we opened our new fulfilment warehouse. We continue to be successful and now offer our products across Europe and beyond. We are proud to be a family-run business based in the UK, providing premium designer kitchen and bathroom furniture and fittings.

Please do not buy any products from this company. They have confirmed by email today that their products come from China. I purchased bath filler and basin tap from them. The bath filler had a hole in the back and water squirted everywhere, I returned it at my own cost and they sent me a replacement which was used and not new and this leaked from the bottom. They have refused to refund even though the product is not fit for purpose and have not offered to supply another new tap, though I doubt this would work either. The basin tap was fine but the flexi hoses with it were faulty and leaked badly

I purchased a mono mixer yesterday off you I used your next day delivery it was very urgent I looked at express delivery with others on internet but even that was 2 or 3 days so I spotted your next day and gave you a ring, the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and helpful I was a bit unsure about the next day delivery but he assured me it would arrive. At 8.30 next morning it came and was fitted and working at 9.30. can I say thank you for your excellent service and if needed I would use you again. Blake Jones

Purchased a shower for our new bathroom, a plumber installed it, and the non return valve has failed; therefore emptying our entire hot water tank and driving air into our heating system. We lost water for a day and had to pay a plumber to come out to do that on a Saturday. There's no phone number for them and it's email only. They replied to my urgent request asking if the elbow valve was blocked and then wanted photos and videos of the problem. On reply I said the unit is sealed and we will void the warranty AND you cant video something not working. I've now got a broken shower and lost £260

I am in trade and have been dealing with House of ENKI several years now. Product quality is very important to us as we don't want to be coming back to fix previous jobs and we haven't been let down by ENKI. Misleading, items missing poor quality goods.
Please avoid them, I purchased an item and fittings parts are missing.
They wont talk to you on the phone rather make you write emails, so they can come back with excuse after excuse. Once I told them I will be leaving a review, now my phone s ringing with UNAVAILABLE number.
House Of ENKI should not be trading and cheating customers. shame on you...
Don't even deserve a star, but had to leave feed back. AVOID there poor quality stock, looks all cheap china make.

Cheap substandard products.. Rusty Kitchen sink.. Very misleading. Their terms and conditions say if you install item they will not give refund.. Beware they will advise you to try installing so that you are disqualified for refund. They did not give me refund for returning the faulty item, even their terms and conditions say they will. They do not keep their words.
