We rang on 8 August as we had a wasp nest in the bush in our garden and our neighbours sit in their garden with a young baby a few yards away, just the other side of the fence. The response was the same day - Keith, the company owner, sprayed the nest with insecticide and I paid him £60 in cash. I assumed that was that. However, the wasps did not dissipate and two days later on 10 August I called again to report the fact that they were still there. Keith then came back and treated the area again. However, this still did not work and the wasps were still there a couple of days later, so my wife

We heard rats scratching around in our loft (We live in a terraced house and and they had got in via a neighbours drainpipe). We called a couple of exterminators that we found on google.
