Remora have worked for me, as a property investor, for over 6 years; and I have never had an issue with them. They liase faultlessly with tenants and arrange access, carrying out move in and move out cleans which always pass inventories and are often praised by the clerks due to their attention to detail. They have also removed rubbish, including hazardous waste (needles) from a shop that had squatters in it for me, and disinfected a house when inhabitants had Covid at the height of the first lockdown. I used Remora after moving into a one bed flat in Hammersmith. It was a bit of a tricky situation as the flat had not been professionally cleaned between tenancies (like it should have been) and I had moved in with all my furniture - far from ideal!! I emailed Remora and after 15 minutes had a full deep clean booked in for the following day. The team are highly efficient, professional and friendly. They managed to turn a very stressful situation into something positive.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I don’t post negative reviews unless the service is absolutely diabolical!
Horrible and unprofessional service. I called 5 times to book and confirm the booking. I would get a different version from each person i would speak to. Apparently whoever booked, went on holiday...? What excuse is this?
Anyway, they didn’t show up on the designated time. I waited 1.5 hours. Then one person showed up saying he’s there for a regular cleaning. He did not have any equipment on him. He also said he’s not there for any deep cleaning.
Came back the next day, property was as I left

Competitively priced and having read the reviews I chose to use Remora to steam clean carpets in five bed house which I was exiting .
Very easy to set up date and time which suited me (on a Saturday) . The team turned up punctually . They were great. Very polite , very efficient and very willing to go the extra mile.
Nothing was too much for them. They did a very good job . I would recommend them and certainly would use them again.

I took this company via Foxtons for the end of tenancy cleaning. I didn't know them before.
They did their job nicely and gave me back the keys. One day later the landlord claimed that the house was " poorly cleaned " which was completly wrong. However, Edward helped me and proposed to the landlord to come back to clean again if he showed any proofs. the landlord didn't send anything. Edward is a very humble and nice guy who helped me in my dispute process even though it was not their fault at all.

I have used Remora multiple times and cannot recommend their professional service enough! They are reasonably priced and work hard to make sure the property is cleaned to a high standard, and if there are any omissions (which there are very few of) they are happy to reattend to ensure the clean is to your specification.

On Monday morning, they arrived 90 minutes late. The cleaning itself was good. Despite our explicit request to call us and let us check the final result, left without notice leaving the apartment unattended. Since their service costs a lot (~280 GBP is obviously on the more expensive side of the market), I feel like 90-min delay is quite unacceptable. When complaining, I was first explained by their clerk that there was an emergency in form of high traffic (high traffic on Monday morning is an emergency in London), then the higher rank clerk told me that 'this is how is life in London, baby

Remora Cleaning were seriously good and were the cheapest to quote. they were very professional - we booked through Ed - who understood our requirements of an End of Tenancy clean, and made sure the job was done to a high standard, and was booked in quickly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Our flat looked sparkling afterwards. I think i would even pay them to do a Spring Clean given their cheap price and amazing results :)
