I work in the Southsea, Portsmouth and Hampshire area and have 20 years decorating experience including paper hanging, sash window renovation and all types of interior and exterior work. Joel Hall has done many paint jobs for me over the years and i have never been disappointed with his high standard of workmanship.
He is very thorough on preparation, painting and always tidies up afterwards. So have no hesitation in recommending him. He is punctual, friendly and always helpful with advice. And very fair with his costs.

Really happy with the standard of Joel’s work. His preparation is exceptional and he works so hard to achieve the best possible results. I have used Joel on many occassions in my own home, some investment properties and his most amazing work was in a Grade 2 Listed building we restored. He is reliable, tidy, courteous and takes pride in his work.
