BFS originally fitted a stove in my parents house many years ago so I knew I wanted them to fit one for our new house! From meeting Kate at the showroom through to having the stove fitted this week I can honestly say they have not disappointed me! Everyone that has been to my house has been courteous and tidy, they have all done their best to make the whole process as painless as possible! I am very pleased with my new stove and look forward to many years of cosy fires!

BFS (Heating) Ltd of Great Bentley, Essex fitted my new Chesney’s Beaumont 5 wood burning stove along with a Newmans Branscombe frame, black slate hearths and rustic brick
panels. This was a full installation from scratch and required a flue fitted, fireplace alterations and plastering etc. BFS were super from the outset, helping me with design and step by step stages of the fitting. The installation team were great too, clean, professional, polite and friendly. Their shop in Plough Road Centre , Great Bentley has lots of displays to help you choose and the shop staff are very friendly. A big shout out to Kate in the shop who has been superb in every aspect! ??. I recommend you check out BFS (heating) Ltd if you’re looking to install/update your wood burner.

What is wrong with this company? Last year I had tremendous trouble getting hold of BFS heating because I had something wrong with my new gas fire that they installed. I only got a reply after I posted a bad review!
BFS posted a reply to my review with excuses as to why they hadn’t replied to my emails or phone calls and promised me a free maintenance service this year, as they didn’t contact me I telephoned and was promised a return call to arrange a visit. That was over 3 weeks ago and still no reply to my phone calls, messages or emails.
I’ve now given up and will have to go elsewhere

Attended BFS and ordered a new Glass for my Stovax Log burner and was told it would take a few days to arrive, and someone would ring me when ready to collect, heard nothing after a week so rang them, and was told by a young lady the person in the shop was off sick and she couldn't help me so she took my number and said someone would be in touch, heard nothing after another week so tried to ring them 5 times on each occasion there was no answer how do they run a business with that type of service.

I absolutely love our new gas Stovax fire. BFS were very helpful in helping me choose the fire. The men that came to install the fire were polite and also very helpful, re lighting the AGA and generally giving advise.
I have had a few questions about the fire since its installation and my emails have been answered promptly and positively.
I love sitting in front of the fire reading, its heaven.
I have every faith that I am now a valued customer and will be looked after in the future too.

Called this company for a gas fire service which they say they do. Details taken and told "Bernie" will call to arrange. A few days go by and no call back,. Called them again to make sure they have my details correct. Again told "Bernie" will call to arrange a service date. Days go by and again nothing. Glad I didn't buy a fire from this shop probably spared from a "fantastic" after sales service & support (!)

Just had a fireplace and wood burning stove installed by Bentley Fires and can't rate them highly enough! From initial visit to their shop, to survey and quote, through to installation, their staff have been excellent and helpful throughout and I love my new burner! Will be recommending them to all my family and friends.
