Not very flexible on returns. We paid a lot of money for mosaic tiles, our builder screwed up and didn't install them. But since it was a few days over 28 days they did not accept return even though they are in perfect condition as supplied. They are now sitting in my garage and wil probably be binned - what a waste. Customer service could be improved, I won't ever be using them again and wouldn't recommend.

Got the tiles for our hallway, really happy with the help in finding the best product to suit our ideas as well as the professional advice for fitting it! Good quality tiles for a price that was significantly lower than other similar products elsewhere! We'll definitely use them again!
