Histon Allvey Ltd Architects were established in 1999 and specialise in high quality residential architecture. Our work comprises of mainly new-build housing, large extensions, refurbishments, loft conversions etc although we do take on selected commercial projects which have a large design input. The directors S.Histon BA (Hons) Dip Arch (Bartlett) RIBA and R.Allvey BA (Hons) Dip Arch (Greenwich) RIBA are fully qualified architects and members of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Services
We can provide a full service from inception to completion or we can provide a range of architectural and interior design services from initial design schemes, planning permission, detailed design through to completion of our buildings. Our fee structure can be a percentage of the contract value, a fixed fee or an hourly rate.
