After being so impressed with the job that TJ Ross had done in laying our hard wood flooring we came back to them for the manufacturing and fitting of some internal doors and we’re very glad that we did! Beautiful finish and superlative customer service once again! What’s more they left our house spotless once they had finished. We’ll be back again when we’re ready for our new windows!

TJRoss has supplied a number of jobs over several years and we have always been extremely satisfied.
We decided therefore to select them in re-modelling our conservatory and replacing the doors and windows.
Just to say that we are delighted with every element of product quality and installation.
All aspects of service have also been excellent and the work itself quick, efficient and faultless.
Small point perhaps, but the tidy-up was first class.
We would not hesitate to recommend TJRoss.

I would never use this company again. I had to go to Court to seek recompense for the work that they did. The company did not have any representation in Court and I was awarded a substantial sum to cover the cost of having their work rectified. Sheriff's officers had to be involved before TJ Ross paid the money they owed. At no point did the company admit any mistake!

The Product is Generally Good, the Service is Dismal
I live in a large farmhouse which over the last 20 years has had TJ Ross replace 26 windows, 2 French doors, a back door and various internal doors and fittings. So, I imagine around £50k worth of work has been done. Through general wear-and-tear I’d a list of minor repairs including the lock on a heavily used French doors which needed sorting quickly. As I work in Edinburgh, I popped into their office and this is what followed:
23 April – Visit Martin in Edinburgh office and explained job.
29 April – No contact from TJ Ross so emailed

The entire process of installation of our windows was seamless and of the highest quality. The knowledgeable advice given from the very first visit- promptness- friendliness - excellent workmanship- quality of windows and the efficient administration side of things was second to none. We went with T J Ross as we wanted a bespoke new wooden front door in a period style. They initially quoted with a rough idea of what we wanted, and a deposit was paid before they came round to survey the space. They then provided a drawing, and the door was manufactured and fitted about 3 months later. This delay was explicit from the start, and it is good to see a company that is busy and keeps you aware of the waiting time. The door is excellent quality, and we absolutely love it.
