Outstanding service: made appointment by phone to examine and possibly repair our garage door (snapped cables). The company called 20 minutes before arrival, there was no messing about and within 45 minutes, the door is fixed and works like new. And all that for a very acceptable price. Highly recommended.

This is an outstanding company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I invited them to visit my newly built home, near Parkgate. I'd had a niggling and what could have been an expensive problem, with my garage doors, installed by another firm.
Carl, and his wife Alison, called and after some diagnostic time decided it was possibly the failure of a fundamental component. They contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and arranged a visit; the senior rep subsequently offered to supply a free replacement..again thank you Alison.
There was a delay and this was resolved by Alison chasing the

What can I say... from picking up the phone and contacting Northern Doors to having the motor fitted on my parent's garage door it has been seamless... my parents are getting on in years and motorising the garage door has meant that mum can get to her freezer and tumble dryer at the push of a button. I would recommend them to anyone... its a small team and a family run business. Wonderful service... thank you!
