We've used New Look before and have always been delighted with the service and the way they have gone about the job. If you are thinking of having your house carpets cleaned, you would do well to use this business.
Over 90% of your time is spent indoors and your carpets and upholstery are a major benefit to you. They act as filters by trapping the harmful particles, helping to keep your indoor air clean. If the filters are not professionally cleaned on a regular basis (6-12 months) their effectiveness is reduced, exposing you and your family to potentially harmful airborne particles.
There is a difference between 'cleaning' and 'washing' rugs. Oriental and Persian rugs can be a huge investment and need to be cared for accordingly. Harmful grit can accumulate deep down, cutting away at the fibres, eventually wearing rugs out. The only way to effectively remove the deep-down soil is to have the rugs cared for off-site with the appropriate equipment.

We recently had our hall, stairway and landing carpet plus the upholstery on our 3 piece suite cleaned by New Look and I was very impressed at the preparation and hard work that went into this and the excellent result. We also had a silk oriental rug cleaned and repaired by their oriental rug cleaners and were absolutely delighted with the result, it looks like new. We would definitely use them again.

Professional people who did a great job, the technician explained everything he was doing and left my 5 year old cream fabric furniture looking like new. New Look Carpet Care Ltd did a great job cleaning fitted carpets. The end result was what I expected - the carpets look almost new, and feel very soft. The professional who carried out the work seemed very knowledgeable and personable, and the customer service on the whole seems great. Highly recommended. I had two sofas, a chair and stool cleaned and treated. The process was clearly explained both during the initial visit to obtain a quote and again by the technician on the day. The technician arrived promptly on the day and completed the work in the estimated time. The upholstery came up beautifully. I had a slight concern about a water mark that was left on the sofa after drying but it was dealt with promptly and effectively. The bottle of spot cleaner is excellent.

The carpet had been down 14 years and 3 puppies over that time. The man came and made a very good job of cleaning, leaving the carpet clean (no stains) and beautifully soft. It was like having a new carpet again. He left us a spray bottle in case of any spills and I've already had to use it (messy husband). He was very polite and friendly. It had never been cleaned before so it was a real achievement to get it so clean.
