In 2001, a fruitless search for suitable software to use in our own practices led to the formation of Optix Software. By the time our initial product was launched at Optrafair in 2003 work had already begun on a revolutionary new Internet linked system designed from day one to excel in every area. Our cloud based solution was officially launched at Optrafair in 2007 and has achieved phenomenal success.
There are no initial software fees with Optix. We charge a simple monthly rental which includes the complete system together with all future software updates and enhancements. Full ongoing support is also provided within your rental. The cost is based purely on the number of practices in which you use Optix.
Integrated with EPOS, users can easily manage, submit and track subsequent payment of NHS. The patient record shows instantly how Optix benefits from being written as an integrated. Optix has an extensive back office administration area which is only available to staff with. Used by forward thinking organisations, Business Intelligence is the key to improving your.

Head and shoulders above all the other practice management systems out there and in my 35 years of being an "early adopter" optometrist I have tried many, starting with an Olivetti 286 PC in the 80's and a pretty basic ms.dos package from their competitors!
