Tarmacadam / Asphalt is a durable material suitable for footpaths, cycle paths, driveways and many other surfaces. T5 Inc. Ltd. have many years of experience in the laying of tarmac, as a continuous process using a machine. In all the projects we undertake, before we begin to lay the top layer, we survey the ground levels to ensure that the final finish will meet the exacting standards we set ourselves.
Slurry Seal / Road Seal is a bitumen-based material which is applied over existing surfaces to prolong the life of structurally sound asphalt ground works. It is a versatile material which comprises of a finely graded aggregate, bitumen-based emulsion and chemical additives to improve adhesion, and filler, mixed together and applied in a continuous process.
Thermoplastic road markings are mainly composed of synthetic resin and premix glass beads and are a durable, long term solution. Thermoplastic paint is a solid powder before being heated and needs specialised machines during construction. The paint is melted before being transferred to the marking machine which applies the hot paint at the control of the operator.
