Buying blinds online shouldn't be a struggle, yet some websites make it far more complicated than it needs to be. After seeing the array of complicated and confusing processes and explanations from other companies selling similar items online, it was decided that DotcomBlinds would become the blind company of the people.
Our Premium XL and XL Mains roller blinds can go up to 4.7m and our standard roller blinds can be made up to 3.4 metres wide with a drop of 4.2 metres. Wide blinds are roller or vertical blinds that can be made outside the standard blind size limits to wider widths. This is particularly useful for those with large windows and they wish to shade their windows with a single blind.

The blinds were advertised as next day delivery, I proceeded to purchase these. Only at the end of the entire process adding requirements measurements… it stated standard delivery, as this was the only option it makes sence to presume this is still going to be with me next day. When they didn’t arrive I contacted the team, as per the attached they didn’t help one bit. Maybe they should consider how many blinds I could have purchased from them (working for one of the largest construction companies in the UK) if they treated customers with respect. Very very disappointed, don’t use them.

Slow deliver, missed delivery, empty promises and damaged items. Other than that fine.
Told delivery would be one week over a month after order then wasn't and no call to let me know.
Then offered discount for delay which was withdrawn via email after the call as i had an offer on the original order.
6 weeks for blinds is not acceptable
Then item turns up damaged poor package
