Positive: Professionalism
Being a first time user of Squab Storage this week, I was impressed with the professional service from Andy and Anne when Andy was off for a day. The unit was very clean with many available trolleys - all in all, an enjoyable business experience. However, it's early days so let's see what happens over the coming months!!

I have used Squab for storage while we move house and I have been really pleased with their service which has been fantastic, and everyone I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and accommodating. I had originally pre-booked a unit which on the day turned out to be too small! This wasn't an issue at all and Squab were very helpful and found me another unit that was big enough.
Their price was very competitive, having looked at a number of different companies they were definitely the most competitive.

Used squab's full pack and move service and thoroughly impressed. The price was very reasonable, communication great and the team on the day were fantastic. Everyone was polite and tidy, my stuff was very well packed and handled with care, both old and new houses were well protected (doors, stairs, floor etc), and the team were bright and friendly throughout. Top marks.

Really professional, helpful and efficient service (van hire) - vans are all quite new and carefully cleaned after each hire, and prices are very reasonable. The option to return a van out of hours is also really useful. I have used Squab for van hire several times, and will certainly do so again next time I need a van.
