Hi. These guys always seem to charge outrageous prices for simple jobs then try and blind you with bulls**t on the invoice. Example. Last job was a broken thermostat on radiator. They replaced the top .,part price about£20, time taken..probably 10 min.
Invoice £149. Ok I don't mind a reasonable profit but this is taking the pi**.

I have used Ace on various occasions for plumbing and electrical repairs so turned to them when my elderly mother had problems with a bathroom fitting. There was a concern that the old unit would not come out easily without requiring repairs to the wall and needing to replace more than the faulty item. Rather than take the easy course Sheree worked to minimise the damage and ensure that there was least disruption and resultant cost.
