I purchased several rolls of Therma-Foil in 2018 to insulate the whole ground timber suspended floor on which vinyl flooring was going over the top in an uninsulated 1960’s bungalow. It’s been a brilliant success. It’s amazing. The bungalow’s layout was reconfigured and ended up having a pantry in the centre of the property (not logical for keeping cool) so we never insulated the floor there, but we did the rest of the ground floor. Amazingly, the pantry is cool and the rest of the floor is warm :)

I have been using Therma-foil for the past 15 years. Therma-foil is such a versatile material that offers superb insulation properties for all sorts of applications. I have used Therma-foil under carpets and wooden flooring to insulate against the cold of concrete floors. I have used Therma-foil under galvanised rubber roofing to insulate my outside office and make it very warm indeed. I have sandwiched Therma-foil between plaster board and the solid outside wall to increase the warmth of our bedrooms.

Beware. I would leave no stars but that was not an option. The company refused to refund my purchase as I was a little under two months from delivery when requesting a refund. This is despite my product being unused and in original packaging. There is no returns information in the order confirmation you receive but at a link in very small print on the website. I accepted I would pay a delivery fee for return. This was a very expensive fee of £55 that I had paid to receive the item and would now pay again to return. I was told I could only have a half price refund subject to assessing damage. With

Disappointing. I would not recommend this company's customer service. I bought 100 sqm of foil and asked to return it a little before 60 days after delivery because of a change in the project I was doing. The company would not give a full refund even though the product was unused and in original packaging. I was offered only a half price refund subject to assessing any damage but once the return delivery cost to be paid by me is deducted the refund would be only just over a quarter of the product's value. This was in addition to the loss of the original delivery charge I had paid. I do not think
