The coral chenile fabric I purchased is perfect. The quality of the fabric is excellent, the color is perfect, and the price was a fraction of what the retail stores were asking. I would highly recommend decorative fabrics direct. I ordered fabric a week and a half ago from them. When it arrived it was not the correct shade. I had not ordered a sample before hand to check. I called them and they sent me back a response about how to return it. They charge a $15 restocking fee but so glad they are returning
the fabric. It was very simple. Today I am reordering fabric. The quickly let me know they received my order and working on it.

So glad I found Decorative Fabrics Direct. I needed a cotton velvet fabric to re-cover a platform rocker I inherited. After searching locally with no luck finding what I wanted, I found the perfect fabric in the perfect color at Decorative Fabrics Direct. Great visit to the shop to stock up on fabric to make a few items, I normally use another kidderminster based fabric shop but they have decided to keep their doors closed to actual shopping which when buying fabric is a necessity IMO to match fabric colours, check thickness of material and get the right quality of fabric. Their loss is your gain eh, many thanks ladies your doing a great job. 👍

Looked forward to using this store after making online enquiry before lockdown. On a sunny day when I visited, I obeyed the instructions just inside the door requesting that you wait to be called in. I was stood there for over 5 minutes and just ignored. Eventually a woman at the till asked if I was “alright”. As I was leaning heavily upon my… walker to balance I replied that I was not but complying with the rules on the board. The woman then said to not worry about that as they only had 5 in the shop, ( not being able to see around corners I wouldn’t have known) I was
