Please Note; 24 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise a discretionary fee will be charged for failed appointments/access. Payment terms are 7 days (30 days for commercial) by cash or bank transfer only. Your EICR will be released on receipt of payment. No cheques. Please ensure there is clear access to the Gas Meter and/or mains Water stopcock is available.
A. Yes, Small non time consuming remedial work can be done at the time of inspection, but major remedial work will likely need a return visit unless you get these done by a 3rd party. A. No, A 'satisfactory' EICR cannot issued without the appropriate paperwork in place from the person who completed the work, or without another inspection.

I found EICR on the internet and contacted them to see if they could carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report and PAT testing of my 1 bedroom rental property.
They could, and we agreed a time and date for the inspection. They arrived on time and carried out the necessary testing / checks. The inspection took between 2 and 3 hours.
I am very happy with their professionalism and standard of their work and will use them again for any electrical work that I have.
