Our delivery times are morning between 8am - 12pm and afternoon 1pm - 5pm Monday to Friday. Saturday morning delivery is available upon request. We also offer a FREE LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE on our bulk bags, and with our Small vehicles, we can get down most driveways. Excellent. I needed some hardboard cut to specific sizes for the floors of our sheds. Delivery was fast and the product is exactly what I wanted. Smiths Customer Service (especially Tom) was prompt and very helpful on Messenger. I paid for delivery as I am not local. (I had tried the big chain shops near me but found them disinterested and difficult to deal with).

After wait more than 15min to be attended, no one deigned to ask us what we needed. The young man who is usually outside ignored us completely. We left without buying. There are more timber shops in Newark with better customer service.

Shocking! Ordered over the phone on Wednesday. Told delivery would be Thursday or Friday because they are busy. Rang them Friday morning to be told between 3 and 5. They are now closed and we have no delivery! A 1 star rating is way to good!
