99% of the time a garage door can be repaired, parts can be changed and the work fully guaranteed. If you service your door regularly the door will give you many years of continued service. Please be aware our service includes changing both sets of cables with new galvanised new ones. Other companies only change the broken one and use mild steel cables which will rust and offer no guarantees.
We are happy to visit your home to discuss any of the options available to you, we will then be able to provide a tailored quote to meet your needs with no obligation! Canopy doors can be motorised using a bow-arm device but we recommend you use a retractable panel door where no bow-arm is required.
All you need to do is call us and we can organise a visit to check your purchases and we can give you a price straight away to install them. In the case study below our client did exactly that, they made the call having done alterations to there building and we fitted two new timber frames and fitted the two doors and two motors our customer had purchased, simple!

Mom used GDR a few times over the years, she appreciated their friendliness, efficiency and quick fix of the problem. She gave me Richards number a while ago. So when I had an issue last week, I called Richard. He came on Monday, identified the issue, went away, got the specific part, and came back the same afternoon and fixed the problem. Job Done! Called twice to purchase remote key fobs for a door they installed. On both occasions Richard promised me they had been ordered and he would come and programme them for me when they arrived. 4 months later I sent him a polite reminder via text which he ignored. It's so hard to earn a good reputation but so easy to get a bad one .
