Since opening James Lee Flooring LTD we've been committed to providing service of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping constant communication with our clients clear and concise. Our mission at James Lee Flooring LTD is simple: to provide high-quality services in a timely manner.
We started James Lee Flooring restoring homes in Bromley and slowly moved our business out to Maidstone in Kent, now we sand and finish floors from SE London to the Kent coasts, operating from our Maidstone office. We use the latest in dust free sanding equipment, meaning your home WILL NOT get covered in dust which can be harmful to health, in fact you wont have to cover anything up.

We've had James and his team here to do two separate floors now and have been absolutely delighted both times. The oak floors we had have seen a lot if wear and really needed some TLC, they now look brand new again!
James and his team are so lovely, always arrive on time and they work non-stop until its done and leave no mess behind at all. I couldn't recommend them enough!

A few months on from James coming to restore and stain the floors in our living room and we're still really happy with the finish and get lots of compliments from friends and family! He was able to fit us in quickly and did a high quality, quick and efficient job. They left no mess and were very considerate in our home.

I contacted James after seeing the very positive reviews he received on various websites and he was very quick and professional with his initial visit and quote. My partner and I are delighted with the restoration work and varnishing he has achieved on our Victorian floorboards. He was also very helpful in guiding us through the process and the options available, his price seemed very fair and reasonable and he clearly cares about his work and sets high standards. I would certainly not hesitate to use his services again and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

An extremely hardworking and professional team. We needed all the doors and floors sanded and stained throughout the house. The team was courteous, polite and knowledgeable, as well as being very professional.
