Any service work or repairs undertaken on your vehicle is automatically added to the Mercedes-Benz Digital Service Book (DSB) maintaining the integrity of your vehicle's service history. For any Mercedes-Benz vehicle under three years old, Hampshire Service Centre use genuine Mercedes-Benz parts. For vehicles over three years old, OEM quality parts are used.
Hampshire Service Centre is an independent specialist with dealer level diagnostics. All of our diagnostic technicians have a deep and comprehensive understanding of Mercedes-Benz dealer level Xentry diagnostics enabling them to fully analyse and interpret all data and information relating to your Mercedes-Benz including fault finding, coding and software updates.
Mercedes-Benz Air Conditioning systems are designed to work all year round. Air Conditioning filters out pollen, dust and minimises condensation whilst maintaining a comfortable temperature for you and your passengers. Continuous use of your Air Conditioning system will help keep it working effectively and efficiently but like all vital components, Air Conditioning requires periodic servicing and attention.
Hampshire Service Centre offer a free 'state of the art' computerised wheel alignment check which can vastly help avoid unnecessary tyre costs. A computerised wheel alignment can reduce tyre wear, increase fuel economy, prolong the life of your tyres and reduce the risk of tyre failure. Should you require new tyres, Hampshire Service Centre will always endeavour to price match.

Seriously impressive and reassuring from our very first conversation. All the staff clearly love the business, are knowledgeable, honest and proud to have the first class reputation they deserve. The airbag warning lights on the dash were a concern to me but the issue resolved within the hour. I will never take my E-Class to a main dealer again. Exceptional service, please keep doing what you're doing. My car drives as if it's just come out of the showroom and it's over 10 years old. Thank you.

Absolutely excellent! Extremely professional and fair. I had quite a big issue (timming chain) to my Mercedes and they were impeccable. I was offered a curtesy car, so my day was not affected. I am sorry that I don't know names but the whole team was amazing and deserves mentioning. I definitely recommend Hampshire Service if you care for your car! Thank you!

Great company to deal with. I've used them on our Mercedes including my AMG for quite a while now. They are a professional outfit with a "can do" attitude. My car won't be going anywhere near a main dealer again and I will continue to use this company for all our needs. Good service at a good price. I've had the collection and loan car service. Mercedes dealers in our area should be worried with this company!

A big thank you to all at Hampshire Service Centre. Brought in my old but cherished CLK 500 after it failed it’s MOT. They sorted all the problems out the next day and it passed MOT with no problems. They are the only guys I’ve trusted to work on my Merc and I’m lucky to have them just down the road. Service and workmanship are faultless.

I called this garage on a recommendation after getting a very high quote elsewhere for a new EGR valve, Hampshire Service Centre quoted me a much less price immediately. I then took my car in the following week to proceed with this quote - turns out I never needed new valve after all and this garage just reset the fault code on my car that was causing the issue, so I ended up paying less than £100 for the problem compared to the £500 odd I was expecting. Will definitely be returning to this company every time now, It is rare to find honest garages these days, this place is a gem.

Went to HSC for the first time 2 weeks ago, met pete and and told him about our troubled Mercedes, he immediately booked it in, and all problems were put right (after getting other conflicting advice!!) he was professional, friendly, and the cost very reasonable , great service from this him and his team , super clean workshop, have now booked him to do all the rest of our vehicles, nothing was too much trouble and we will certainly not be going anywhere else now ! I brought a car from a dealership (not hsc) and have had nothing but problems with it since so have been taking it to Hampshire service centre for the repairs they are truly amazing nothing is ever to much trouble they are incredibly patient and just all round fantastic garage and lovely people I can honestly say I won’t be taking my a class to anyone else now thanks guys 💪

Phoned Hampshire Service Station on the off chance they could put our minds at rest about a warning light that had come up on the dashboard. Not only did they talk us through the issue but invited us to pop down to the centre immediately where they checked the issue and reset the dashboard display.As always, a fantastic professional, friendly service from a great team.

Took our S class to these guys this morning, They found the fault with the memory seat with in 5 minutes, Fixed it in 10 minutes. It’s so refreshing to find a service specialist especially for Mercedes to be not only very reasonably priced , But very knowledgeable which is what you want with the older cars .friendly, honest, straight to the point , I don’t normally write reviews, But on this occasion it’s worth it.

These guys couldn't be more helpful. Took my Mercedes C220 to a local garage who advised that they could not fix it, it would cost well over £1,000..... was an engine fault, was also leaking coolant & the gearbox wasn't working properly and must go to Mercedes - I was very worried.
Called Peter who told me to bring it in so they could locate the fault and give an accurate quote on issues and repair cost.
After running diagnostics and checking a few things through they took apart the air filter system, cleared it all out.
