When having windows and doors replaced homeowners must comply with current thermal performance standards. They must ensure that they get a certificate of compliance from FENSA or Local Authority Building Control. As a registered company, we are able to self certify compliance under these Building Regulations.

Just contacted them for help with my conservatory and told they're not prepared to help. Admittedly it was built some years ago and I wouldn't expect them to help for free but I'm sure I was told they would continue to offer support throughout the conservatory's life span. Disappointed that they haven't kept their promise.

18 yrs ago MKW fitted new Windows and Doors on our Semi detached, a couple of weeks ago we had them return and fit another set of Windows. We didn’t need new doors as they were still in great condition. Awesome company and other than new Windows it’s difficult to know they had been working here for a couple of days, it was left so clean.

We have just had a new front door replaced by mid Kent windows which we are so happy with, the wife keeps on remarking how beautiful it is and I must say i couldn't be happier with it. Their service was excellent and the door it's self is of a high standard, we have used mid Kent windows for many years now from the 1st time 17yrs ago when we replaced our windows and French doors, we then went on to have our conservatory done too at a later date which we Couldnt be happier with, which is why we wouldn't go anywhere else, nothing is ever to much trouble, Our French doors had dropped slightly over

Fourteen years ago Mid Kent Windows installed our conservatory. We were impressed with the quality of service and their products, and consequently had our windows and front door replaced by them as well. They still look as good as the day they were installed.

I have used this firm to have windows fitted and all I can say is wow. Right from the word go the firm have been brilliant and I must say that all questions I have had have been answered and in a very easy way to understand. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. And if the above is not good enough the fitters that have come out have been cheerful and cleaned up after themselves you really would have not known that they had been. If I could give more stars I would. It was nice to buy from a firm that makes the products as well.

Fantastic job , very efficient , clean and tidy ,
The office girls were a real pleasure to deal with and prompt they even remembered me from the first house ,
