Very positive and genuinely knowledgeable people. Their offer is based on fact - in other words, you really do need the right size boiler, properly set up. - not the biggest one which will fit. I messaged for info because my 11 year old 24kW LPG wall hung boiler had started to sound like an imminent failure, and I had noticed that it was set for max 10kW - which has been plenty. So I believed the Heating Hub info. With just a call from Caroline, my boiler decided to behave better, so no panic now, but I will be considering what to do once winter is over and their service sounds like a good way

When I first started looking into replacing my combi boiler, thought it would simply be a matter of choosing a new boiler and that would be all to it. How I was wrong!! e.g. Some of the leading boiler models like Worcester, Vaillant do not support OpenTherm making it far more tricky to pair it with a suitable thermostat, which is essential if you care about your boiler operating efficiently and being better for the environment.
