Waste of money, i had a camera replaced on his first visit. tried to adjust angle of camera it was loose same as the box underneath i should have realised that was not good, but still rang and asked about updating the system which he agreed to do. when he came to fit new system i told him about the camera being loose he told me that was just a temporary fit which was news to me surely it should have been right first time.
