Master planning provides conceptual design solutions for the development of large segments of land to create new communities, regeneration, specialist housing and mixed use schemes. Utilising our knowledge and experience in architecture and urban design, we prepare master plans for the development of new sustainable communities and / or the regeneration of urban areas.
When it comes to major projects, there are no automatic answers. We marry together the needs of the resident with the pressures of commercial business to develop schemes that are both aesthetically pleasing and commercially viable. Prior to purchase / commencement of any development project, it is imperative to establish the feasibility of the site and its location.
Building Regulations drawings can be commissioned with or without the planning application being done by ourselves. Detailed plans are required for the construction of the buildings to be commenced and we will liaise with your chosen suppliers / manufacturers as required. 1 Below ground plan @1:50 - indicating load bearing walls, drainage points and incoming services, foundations and all fully dimensioned.
Whether it be for pre application discussions, public consultation or promotion of a scheme we have experience. Pre application booklets - outlining a proposed scheme with master plan, constraints & opportunities, proposed scheme and indicative street scene or perspectives. Coloured appraisal schemes and perspectives to help sell the scheme to land owners and / or Local Authorities.
