I had block paving done with them and there customer service down to the sales rep has been amazing! Thermal installed our large block paved driveway in July and it looks brilliant. The guys were friendly and worked hard throughout the day, leaving everything tidy overnight and finishing within the week as promised.

Really shocked to read some of these reviews after our experience. Sales fella came and spent about an hour in our house taking us through composite doors - told us we could get one without having the surround of the door replaced. Thought that seemed strange but he would know better since he works there. Pays the deposit and then a surveyor comes round a couple of weeks later and tells us we can't have that, so takes measurements for the whole job. Heard nothing back in a couple of months. They only took £15 off us like so feel lucky compared to some other people in the reviews but still! If

Owner lies about being a certified Building Surveyor.
Paid £5k deposit for extension in Apr21.
Paid £11k for materials when work started in Sept21. (5month delay.)
Waste pipe broken and discarded on my front garden.
Neighbouring fences broken.
Driveway blocked by building materials.
No architectural drawings.
No building calcs.
No building regs filed with council for foundations.
Work stopped at end of Sept21 and have had noone at my property since.
(Excuses include Covid, supply chain, Suez canal, RAIN, wife falling down stairs, hospital treatment, all brickies

Absolutely shocking treatment from this company. Signed contract in June. They've charged nearly £4000 for front living room and bedroom windows. I've had to chase them until they finally arranged a date in September this year. They call to cancel the job stating their workman don't work weekends. Arranged a date two weeks later. At the point of installation their own workman informs me wondows aren't reinforced or bespoke in his opinion.
Told installers on this basis I don't want to go ahead. I've received offensive and abusive calls from their paralegal Tommy Evans who screamed and swore at

I wish I'd never heard of this company. Smooth-talking shark-in-a-suit quoted me 9k for a complete upstairs bathroom refit, then reneged on half the things he promised (built-in shelves, extractor fan etc). No contact for over a week after taking my deposit. Signed me up to a 'no payment for 12 months' finance package that I did not need and cost me a lot more in accumulated interest without being able to settle the repayments.

Dave & Paul have just completed my conservatory work. There was a little delay due to Covid, but the office kept me up to date at all times. The job is so lovely. I sit in there with my morning coffee looking at my garden. I have now ordered a new kitchen and expecting the work at the end of the month. I also told all my friends at church how they do a fabulous job.

Never use this company if you value your sanity.if I could rate as 0 stars I would but had to put 1 to register my opinion.
I had 2 bathrooms fitted in April and had problems after a fortnight. It is now September and they have been back 8 times. They do patch up jobs to make the toilet flush for a week and in 5 months have never got to the bottom of the problem. There have been loads of times when they haven’t turned up, I called yesterday and spoke to David ( who is pleasent) and explained the toilet had overflowed and my bathroom floor was covered in waste and coming through my kitchen and

Seems like these cowboys are still at it. I had my driveway done in 2018 and each year just have problem after problem.
Looks like everyone who gets block paving has had exactly the same issues as i did. And let me tell you i maintained mine as much as I could and it doesn't matter it will get worse. Once installed there not bothered one bit about customer service.
Their own installer who came out to fix issues at first even said they had done many things wrong. I gave up in the end because you will get no were and just get one of there male staff give you threatening behaviour over the phone
