AVM Construction just finished our kitchen extension to the rear of the house and renovated bathroom on the first floor. Project also required moving service meters ( liaising with outside agencies), fitting new electrical consumer unit and create WC under existing stair case. AVM construction provided a professional service from planning and quotation stage through to completion.
Quality is fantastic, trustworthy and well managed team. All their employees are very pleasant and approachable and we were happy to leave them access to the house even when we were not available. Would recommend to anyone. Will certainly use again in any future home improvements we have. I can not fault anything about the service I have received or the quality of the work carried out.

AVM Construction have completely transformed our garage, creating a gorgeous "granny flat". They took it from bare brick to a beautiful, airy and spacious living area, including downstairs living space, mezzanine bedroom with roof windows, patio doors to the garden and generous walk in shower room. The team were incredibly efficient with great attention to detail. They cleaned up every day and were a pleasure to be around. Any issues were relayed and dealt with quickly. We used AVM for our bathroom remodelling, knocking two rooms into and a full new bathroom fit. We are very happy with both the quality of the work and the professional service we received. Varis and team are courteous, efficient and hard working. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and we now have a bathroom to be proud of. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them again for further projects.

AVM Construction were amazing from quote, through the build itself to completion. I would thoroughly recommend their work. Varis and his team were professional, very helpful and tidy, great at problem solving, and provided great communication around timelines and issues that arose during the build. They gave us options and recommendations when required, and suggested things we hadn't thought of to improve the overall fit and finish. Many of our friends and family have complimented the work as it has been done to a very high standard.

Just used AVM Construction to convert my old bathroom in to a new bigger walk-in shower room and to fit new kitchen including new plumbing and electrics installation. Project also required knock down wall to combine separate bathroom with existing toilet. I was very impressed when Mike came over with new bathroom and kitchen layout drawings and competitive detailed quote. He was very helpful with his ideas and professional suggestions. Initially used AVM construction to undertake a downstairs washroom renovation, new porch and re-rendering of a bay. Was so pleased with the quality of Varis’s work that I have since had him back to do a complete new renovation of the bathroom and kitchen.
