I have recently had five windows replaced in my Listed Building home and would thoroughly recommend DB Specialist joinery.
The windows are exemplary and the fitting of them was done efficiently and most professionally despite several problems encountered due to vagaries of the house. Further more Mr Bate treated me honestly - only replacing the windows that needed doing and not the whole house as I had expected. Recently we have been carrying out a comprehensive refurbishment of a Georgian Town House and needed some high quality finishing touches.

We manufacture staircases of all configurations from budget straight flights to spiral staircases that are not only practical but can be combined to create a design feature. A wide choice of materials is available and we can produce stairs to meet just about every specification, using modern CAD technology combined with traditional construction methods we have a solution for every situation.
We specialise in traditional box sash windows using weight and pulleys but can also manufacture the modern equivalent incorporating spiral spring balances. By combining the traditional with the modern we can produce these types of windows with full draught strip and machined ready to accept double glazing conforming to current building regulations.
