We are a local and friendly business, who operate in Canterbury Kent and surrounding areas. We have been trading for 10 years and have over 20 years experience in the trade. A-Rated Plumbing has built up a good reputation with customers, although we still advertise most of our work is now through referrals which we feel is a credit to our service.
Gas safety check/landlord inspection certificate (required legally annually for let properties). Power flushing to revive old systems and pipework using a high power pump and chemicals to restore to a clean, working and efficient system. Any gas work carried out by us is to industry standards and by the latest regulations.
We aim to provide fast efficient service for estate agents and landlords and as well as many private landlords we already have ongoing contracts with a few of the local branch's of nationwide estate agency's. We aim to be a phone call away from you to take away the stress of maintaining your property, we can contact the tenants directly and arrange access.
