Thank you Peter and team. We went to look at fireplaces at the showroom, and received excellent no pressure advice. Peter even opened up out of hours for a final viewing to accommodate our availability - 48 hours later, the fireplace was installed and the old mantle had was removed. Excellent local customer service and good value!!

Rang for replacement glass, all he did was Moan because the other phone was ringing in the office. Glass was replaced, wanted damaged one returned, yes no problem but refused to pay for our fitters time to come back and change it, ask if their fitter could change it instead, that was a flat NO !

Fantastic service. "There are no problems, only solutions" is what Peter said when we discovered the fire we'd chosen couldn't be fitted in our fireplace. True to his word, a week later we had a different (but… equally lovely) fire burning away nicely. Thanks to Peter and Tony for pulling out all the stops to turn a 'problem' into a triumph!

Excellent service from Peter. They discovered on-site that the gas fire we'd chosen couldn't actually be fitted with our existing chimney - a problem they couldn't have foreseen. However, the way the problem was dealt with was fast and efficient, resulting in an alternative (equally lovely) fire being fitted just a week later. Can't fault this company.
