Thank you James and the Team for being so professional and honest in helping us find the perfect tiles for our kitchen/downstairs. Spacers were always really helpful and always there to speak to. I would totally go back to them, they have excellent customer service.
The sore point for me was the fitter they recommended called Luke who was thoroughly unprofessional and even couldn't be bothered to do a site visit before hand despite our requests. He then turned up on day one and said he couldn't do the work due to the sub floor, which could have been avoided with a site visit. Luke showed no remorse and was clearly happy to get the time back.
Even after this Spacers tried to help as much as they could and I take my hat off

Came into the store a couple of weeks ago and had a really great experience. I was dealt by Louis and a woman (sorry I forgot her name!), who were both incredibly friendly and helpful. I placed an order for flooring over the phone soon after and it was delivered the following week. I can highly recommend Spacers in Ruislip. Excellent customer service and really nice people!

Cannot recommend enough. James really took time to listen to us and made fantastic suggestions for the flooring in our extension project. We are delighted with the result, so much so that we went back to order more tiles for outside. I’m a great believer in trying to support local businesses whenever I can and am so pleased with the level of knowledge, customer service and attention to detail that we got from Spacers in Ruislip.
