AuraGas provided an excellent service fitting a new boiler system, it was not an easy one, given the attic location.
My overall experience was very positive : quote stage, great quality products compliant with the safety standards, staff very knowledgable, proactive as well as friendly.

This company was quick to deliver, within a few days of ordering. It is an easy company to deal with. The boiler installers were very efficient and exceptionally pleasant. They hardly stopped to take breath. Once installed I was given a comprehensive course on how the system works. The next day, I received a phone call from the company to see if I was satisfied. I am!
This company offers a very cheap annual service agreement. I feel that the customer comes first, as far as Aura Gas is concerned.

Aura Gas oversaw the install of my 1st central heating system. Louise would email or call on a regular basis making sure I had completed all paperwork not leaving any of my questions unanswered.
The moment my gas line and meter were fitted, Louise booked the instal for the following week. The engineers turned up early (welcomed) and were finished within a day.
The retrofit has been completed to an impeccable standard I didn’t know what to expect but I haven’t been left disappointed.
Friendly team, stick to their deadlines and I would highly recommend.

Gary turned up bright and early and started work immediately. Really nice guy who managed to run a new gas supply under our park home, not an easy task! The boiler and hob was installed inno time and he took the time to explain how it all works. I'm very happy with the service I received from Aura Gas and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

I had a complete central heating system fitted. The whole job only took the gas engineer, Glen 2 days. He was excellent and very professional. Glen was very friendly and explained the whole process of the install during the 2 days. A great work ethic and a good asset to the Aura team. I was very impressed.

Superb service from start to finish. The quote was simple to understand, didn’t feel pressured to take up the work and the communication on all aspects was very good. Steve, the engineer, was excellent - punctual, clean and tidy, very knowledgable - and we felt we could trust him immediately. He worked tirelessly to get the job done in the set 2 days.
