I purchased dining chairs and a dining table from Nicholas John Interiors back in 2018 from the store in Bexleyheath.
Unfortunately recently a chair from the set was damaged by one of my kids and I needed to replace a leg on one of the chairs.
I contacted Nicholas John from the number on their website, since my purchase the business has changed hands and is now trading online only.
However, as I had purchased the furniture over 3 years ago and even though they were not obliged to help, Sarah and her team contacted suppliers and had a replacement leg shipped to me.

I received the beautiful Ariana Marble Dining Table yesterday which I am absolutely in love with.
My whole experience with the store from start to finish has been nothing but lovely. It was easy to order online, and I had three or so conversations direct with the store who were always so polite and helpful.
They were flexible with delivery times which suited us, and the guys who delivered and put the table together were respectful of our property, put the table together with ease and were generally all round top blokes.
Will definitely be shopping here again!

Customer service was excellent Donna went out of her way to find me the chairs I wanted. Gary delivered and put my marble Arianna dining table up, again Gary’s customer service was spot on. All the items I’ve received are amazing quality. Will be back very soon for my mirror etc. And most definitely will be recommending you. Thanks again.
