R22 is the refrigerant gas found in the majority of air conditioning equipment over 10 years old. R22 is a hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) which can potentially cause ozone depletion if leaked into the atmosphere. In 2003 R22 was banned from use in newly manufactured air conditioning systems. If your building uses air conditioning and it was installed before 2003 it is likely now at risk.

We have just had an A/C installation with this company and we were very pleased with their workmanship, they were efficient, polite and very considerate of us as we were shielding from Covid.

I thoroughly recommend Complete Cooling. From the original site meeting with Kevin, through to installation and payment, everything happened as promised. The engineers who fitted the air con units were highly competent, tidy and left us with a very neat installation. Altogether a highly professional organisation that fully deserves a five star rating.

We approached Complete Cooling for a quotation for a home office air conditioning installation and chose them overall due to the, professional, comprehensive and responsive nature of the initial contact.
That continued following our order, being kept informed of what to expect and when. The installation went without a hitch, as promised and to a high standard. Our installer Grant took an abundance of time and care to ensure things were installed properly. He consulted with us throughout to make sure that we were happy with everything, giving us the option to change things (we didn't need to).

We're delighted with their installation / replacement of our old air conditioning system and also to have finally found a decent air conditioning company / people with whom to deal. We'd been without a properly working a/c unit for sometime and after our dreadful experience with 3 other companies, two of which were Daikin DI business partners, we were on the point of giving up and making do with an old oil radiator / £12 fan depending on the outside temperature - until we spoke to these guys. What a great experience!
We wanted Air Conditioning installed in one room in our house but had some specific requirements.
As it was a bedroom we wanted a quiet, unobtrusive system and as this is not an every day investment, we wanted to be careful to find the right company to supply and carry out the work.
CCS were true to every word their website promised, with a professional approach from a down to earth team, who offered solid advice and uncomplicated, competitive recommendations.
The system we chose was fitted as planned and the finished result is superb.
