Purchased a car which broke down within 3days, prior to the breakdown i had contacted Otto to fit in an immobiliser. From the problems mentioned by the technician, Otto said it sounded like an after market immobiliser that wasnt removed by the previous owner and VW couldn't locate despite having the car for 7 days. Called Otto who was more than happy to help, came next day to the VW garage and located it in 2hrs and set me up with my own immobiliser and i was back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly recommend Otto in every possible way- a wealth of knowledge and incredibly professional

Great service from Otto. The service was professional and to a very high quality. Installed the security system on a brand new fully electric car which works perfectly and I am very happy with it. The after service care is also great. Highly recommended.

I spoke to London Car Alarm Co. looking for a immobiliser system for my Mercedes E Class. Otto came out to see me on the same day and was really knowledgeable and gave me an overview of what was available.
