Holds a Certificate in Education and RSPH Level Two Award in Pest Management. Under her leadership, Hinton Pest Control Ltd became full servicing members of the British Pest Control Association. In 2016, they became the fifth UK pest control company to comply with BS EN 16636:2015 Management and Control of Public Health Pest Species, Wildlife and Bird Management.

Very easy process all in all. I left my details on their website after reading the comprehensive information they have on there, about the various types of pest and was called the next day. I had a very polite and helpfully lady ask me more details about my pest issue (wasp nest) and was taken through the process.
A team came to me at the arranged time slot and confirmed the problem was as stated on the phone. As it was tipping it down with rain, they suggested they come back when the weather had improved, as the powder they use would not work in wet conditions. The two gentlemen who visited us

Rang Hinton pest control after I heard a rat scratching in my kitchen.Though it was a Saturday night they came straight out,and a lovely lady calmed me down over the phone , I can't stand rats and was scared.
The drains were checked and behind the cupboards, a rats nest was found.Bait was put down particularly in the drain,which was how they were getting into the kitchen!I was also advised to get a one way valve for the drain to prevent rats getting in again.
The return visit a few days later clarified the rats had eaten all the bait in the drain.The drain was measured for the valve,and I was
