Very disappointed. We were charged £400 in cash for less than 10 minutes work to jet a drain which did not fix the issue. I had to fix the drain myself the day after when it became apparent that there was still an issue, by unscrewing the inspection chamber and unblocking the drain by hand. I feel they should have looked down the drains before recommending the jet treatment. We were worried our bathroom would be badly damaged as the blockage was causing water to rise up from under the shower base.The £400 bill seems absolutely incredible for less than 10 minutes work and we wish we had never
