I couldn't recommend John enough. John kindly put up a curtain pole for me, which may not seem to be a big job for some, but a difficult one for me. If you need help with small jobs like mine John is the man for you, but I would also recommend John for larger projects, as I have had the opportunity to see what a great refurbishment he completed of a living room with fantastic up-lighting.
