All Gold storage customer have 24 hour access, all you need is a mobile phone with caller ID visable. We just need to know the number of the phone you wish to use. We need an Alternate Contact Person's details, in case of emergency or we are unable to contact you.
Thank you for sending your signed contract and photo ID, along with your emergency Alternate Contact Person. Use the map to locate your storage unit, your padlock or key will be found inside the unit on the floor. We recommend that you print off this map and take a copy with you. Gold storage units have 24/7 access via the your mobile phone, this is your unique key to open the gate.

Great storage place with 24 hour access. The owner was always on hand to help if we had any issues. We did have a very slight concern about damp in the unit but we knew that before and stored certain things at our own risk. The unit contained all contents of a two bed flat easily and we only had one item come out damp, and this was due to the fact it ended up leaning on an external wall, so not the business' fault at all but something to be aware of.
