Warrington Property Maintenance Ltd., were formed in 1969 by William and Edith Warrington originally known as W Warrington Painting Contractors. We started in very humble beginnings with William even building his very first timber ladder. Early transport was a Morris J type van which has garnered such a respect for the workhorse vehicle that even today we own and restore a small fleet of the vans.
Details: Works to rebuild two flats that had to be demolished due to extensive fire damage. Details: Works are to carry out extensive alterations and refurbishment works including the construction of an extension to the rear of the property. On completion this property will provide high quality accommodation, restaurant, bar and nightclub facilities centrally in Bellshill Town Centre.
Details: Work involved repairs to the car park and drainage including re-lining and surface signage. Details: Industrial building cleaned, repaired and fully decorated with a specialist cladding decorative coating manufactured by the building occupier and our client (Teknos).Also new signage supplied and installed.
Details: Property was damaged due to storm force winds lifting the roof tiles and allowing penetration of rain. This in turn caused the collapse of the lounge ceiling. Details: Complete refit of fire damaged house including new roof, windows, doors, joists, floors partitions, services etc, and external polymer render.
