Blockage removed!!
Phoned ASL at just after 0800. Less than 3 hours later, they were here, and half an hour after that, gone again, problem sorted.
Great service, friendly technician, charged what they said it would be, and I got a squint up the underground pipe to the road thrown in for free as well.
Brilliant.

'Excellent service'
We were so impressed with the quality of service we received today from ASL. Your representative, Darren, was extremely professional and quickly identified the problem and was able to put it right within the hour. We have no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone with drain issues. We are only sorry that we did not come to ASL first.

My understanding of the different kinds of drainage that there are, how they should be plumbed in and what can go wrong if not done correctly has helped me immensely due to Gerry of ASL's willingness to share his knowledge and expertise. I thought that DXXXX and his team were absolutely wonderful.
They worked hard, were perfect gentlemen and we felt at all times that we were in good hands.
The lads got stuck in and came up with solutions to any challenge that came across which as I am sure you know there is always stuff when you start digging things up. For house owner this is always anxious moment and your team were able to put at ease through every stage of the project.
I did want to single out DXXXX who carries a very special skill which I think is what makes or breaks many companies. Whenever I had any concerns or question

Today, ASL came to visit my property, as an initial visit to give advice on a water problem I was experiencing in my garden. The initial communication with ASL prior to the visit was impeccable - extremely helpful and informative, above and way beyond all others I had previously tried to engage with concerning the matter (local council). When ASL arrived, they were not only sympathetic, understanding and seemed to really care that I had been struggling with the issue, they were also very approachable, happy to answer all my questions, extremely knowledgeable and after some initial investigations

Had a blocked toilet for 2+ weeks. Poured all the chemicals you can think of and it didn't work. Called aslimited and the chap on the phone was very friendly and managed to get an engineer within an hr. The engineer was also very friendly and accommodating to not wear his boots in the house which I appreciated. Most importantly he got the job done within 20mins. Excellent service! I wish it was cheaper but more importantly happy job was completed swiftly.

Very efficient to book them to sort out a sewer drain blockage and cost was exactly what they quoted. Called before they arrived with a clear ETA. Got on with the job and sorted it out within the hour. Darren was excellent - very courteous, and helpful, did more than we expected to help sort the problem out and was a font of knowledge on all things sewer related. Given the subject matter (eeew) the whole experience with ASL was an absolute pleasure.
