We mainly deal with the Residential and Commercial sectors but feel free to give us a call to discuss your requirements. These can vary dependant on scale and size of project but we have received excellent feedback from our clients to date and can assure you that you won't be dissapointed with the quote you receive.
Having poor experiences with other companies my expectations were minimal however sags exceeded all our expectations. From initial contact to completion sags was always reactive and responded quickly and efficiently. He was able to visit the property draw up the plans and submit within a few days and managed the planning process for us throughout, ensuring we were happy with everything.
Post My Plans have completed a vast range of projects in Stoke-on-Trent and also regionally across the Midlands. All drawing work is undertaken using the latest 2D Drafting software to ensure everything is at the correct scale and any necessary ammendments can be made easily. We provide full design/consultancy services up until a decision is issued by the local planning authority.

I contacted Sags when I needed planning permission for a new window on the side elevation of my house and I am so glad I did. With a little help from me (i.e. taking photos, measuring and counting bricks) he managed to remotely create and submit plans to the council. They came back with a query whilst I was on holiday, but Sags managed to talk them through what I wanted to achieve and permission was granted last night! Communication all the way through the process was excellent and he responded to my emails at all hours. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services.

Sags is so approachable and friendly, he genuinely cares about the job he is doing, striving to get it right the first time by getting an understanding of what we wanted. Sags is a credit to architect services, he knows his stuff and advised at every point and guided us through. He knows the expectations of the planning committee to get designs approved, he advised on this while designing. He also has a keen eye and amazing planning/design talent but checking that it’s what we wanted, all for a reasonable price. Sags is so busy but he’s working tirelessly around the clock to get plans completed

Very pleased with the result Post My Plans have provided for our change of use permission. We required a company to change planning on our vacant large house to separate apartments and they guided us through the process and got us 5no separate contained units. Despite other companies quoting 3 times the amount Sags did he offered true and genuine advice from the outset. Highly recommend him, Well done Sags and thanks again for you help!

Used Post my plans for one of our recent projects in Stoke and everything ran very smooth, from initial drawings to consulting with the council for the permission it was hassle free.
I must say we obtained a number of quotes from local professionals but these guys were by far the most cost effective, no extra fees for additional time spent on our project.
I would happily use them again and recommend to anyone looking for design drawings/planning services.
