Adult Bed Bugs have a flattened appearance with an oval body, reddish brown colour, females 4mm-8mm, males slightly smaller. Small wing buds, well developed antennae and compound eyes, clawed legs for climbing. They turn purple after feeding on blood. Bed Bug faeces or droppings can stain wood and fabric with black marks.
12mm-15mm, mid brown with a yellow brown thorax having two dark brown stripes, long antennae. Wings full length in males 2/3 in females. Cockroaches like to live in warm moist environments, fridge motors, inside washing machines, switch boxes etc. The nymphs hatch in 1-2 days after the female has laid the Oocheca.
Often found around pets and their bedding. Fleas can jump and humans are often bitten on the lower areas of their body which can be of serious irritation to the person. Fleas can suddenly appear in vacant properties that previously had animals in them as any human activity can stimulate the adult to emerge from the cocoon.
Homes and properties can quickly become infested by The House Mouse and sometimes The Wood Mouse / Field Mouse. Typically it is House Mice that will take up residence in your kitchen or loft. House mice weigh approximately 10-25g. House Mice come in a variety of colours from different shades of grey to light brown and black.
Silverfish are small wingless insects 13-25 mm in length. The name Silverfish originates from their fish-like, silvery, light grey colour and appearance. Typically nocturnal insects, they thrive in damp, humid areas, including kitchens and bathrooms. Silverfish feed on starches and carbohydrates, such as flour and card.

I would highly recommend this company! From Vanessa, whom I initially dealt with on the phone, to Louis who came to the house and banished all traces of the wasps; I was so impressed with their professionalism, their willingness to explain their processes and their knowledge of all things wasp! Delighted I found and used this company and will definitely turn to them again if I need any pests removed.

We called them out as we had a possible dead rodent under our floorboards and it was smelling badly! They came out quickly but checked briefly and said they couldn't find the carcass but confirmed it was a dead mouse. They sold us two pots of odor neutrolisers which frankly didn't do much. The next day the smell was so bad my partner decided to try and find the dead mouse himself and after a thorough search under the floor boards he managed to find a dead rat and get rid of it. Frankly, it was pointless to pay indigo 120£ since they didn't really look very hard for the dead body.

I requested a quote for fumigation of our rental property at the end of our lease. Alex responded almost immediately and informed me of a change in the law, making it illegal for landlords to request fumigation without evidence of infestation. We had a problem with rodents tunnelling in the front garden, so we contacted Indigo because they were local, members of a trade association and had fantastic reviews. An appointment for inspection was made speedily and Christian the pest technician turned up within the given time window. He was very friendly and efficient and in a very short time discovered how the rodents were gaining access and quickly found a solution. Simple preventative measures were put in place the same day which was a huge relief. The charges were also reasonable and the whole experience was so reassuring. Thank you
