Always found these guys to be friendly and professional with great customer service. Have had carpets in the past and will do so again.
Latest purchase was laminate flooring for kitchen/dining area. The installation took place when I wanted it and the fitter Terry Quinn was outstanding. He went over and beyond expectations to ensure our complete and utter satisfaction with the work and was kind enough to fit a small length of skirting for us whilst he was there.
Boldmere Carpets were quite happy for me to pay by card over the phone once the work was completed. Now that shows confidence in their

I would recommend this company and have used them several times however, having recently used them I have tried to get them back for another small job and have received no contact from them. I have visited the shop twice and left my details and I have left a voice message on the actual owners phone and still no contact. I appreciate they may be busy (what Im told when I have gone into the shop) however, a phone call takes a minute. Maybe Boldmere carpets only want the big jobs now which might come back to bite if times get hard,
