Would definitely recommend Emberz Lacey is very friendly and helpful really knows her stuff. we recently had a new Eco Multi Fuel log burner fitted the whole process from start to finish ran very smoothly. We are now only burning round about 6-8 logs a night instead of a full basket of logs which we used to burn a nightly and the heat is exceptional

They did an amazing job with finding us a fireplace just slightly above our budget, and service and fitting was done really well. Really happy with the fireplace use it very regularly. Shame about the gas bills but you can't beat real fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥 to warm you up

The assistant didn't look up from her ipad as I came in, was looking for help with a stove with a back boiler and fireplace too, as I spoke to her she was not helpful as it's not something they deal with. She still had her ipad in hand telling me that they won't even look at it and neither will their engineers, when pushed on who could help she had heard of another place in Emsworth bit couldn't give a name. Useless.
