With our many years of expertise in the fire industry and our highly trained engineers we can offer a truly flexible service. If you have already purchased your fireplace, fire, stove, etc. and just need it installed we can do that for you to the very highest standard. But if you are at the very start of your project and need someone to take you through initial advice, design, supply, installation and certification we can do that too.

Our highly trained Gas Safe registered and HETAS qualified fitters have many years' experience in the industry and help ensure that we provide the highest quality installation service available.
We have over 20 years' experience of servicing gas fires and we also service Exodraft fans. We offer a full gas fire service which includes certification for landlords and home owners and we can remind you annually when the certificate is due for renewal. Unlike most Gas Engineers we carry the majority of spare parts for gas fires on our vans.

I have been with them for many years and they look after my fireplace on a year basis for service and maintenance.
Dealt with all of Richard’s team throughout the years. Easy people to deal with, always reliable and professional. They recently helped me to order a burner as my old one kept on giving me little problems. They handled everything from measuring the dimensions to installing! So happy with their service!

These people were amazing, from the advice they gave before I even bought my fireplace (from someone else, obvs, as they don't supply fireplaces, only fit them) and the engagement and case management in the run-up to the fitting, to the installation itself and the follow-up. Am a very experienced shopper and my experience with suppliers of other elements of my house refurb has been very mixed, to put it charitably, with some being totally hopeless. This was seriously professional and a really smooth, delightful experience from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. Price was also in line with

First class experience, Gemma is a 'Gem' Really helpful from start to finish, took everything in her stride and dealt with our delays brilliantly!

Great company. Gemma and Amy from Fireplace-Fitters responded quickly to emails and gave us a number of options and prices for installing a reclaimed fire surround and insert. Jordan arrived on the allotted day… and worked hard to clear the fireplace, which was much bigger than originally thought. He installed the fireplace with great skill and it looks superb. Jordan was joined by some colleagues and they cleaned up well, and installed a chimney cap, as well as taking down an old aerial. I would highly recommend this company.

Really impressed with service. Very good customer service on the telephone , courteous friendly and accommodating ! They helped me with a replacement part for a Orbis fire place and attended promptly to replace and get the fire working. Fantastic service, super professional and helpful! We connot recommend these guys enough. It is the second time we have used them (previously in our old house) and both times they have shown the highest professionalism.
