Bought my hot tub from these guys last year and the on going help and support afterwards has been amazing! Just called the showroom and spoke to Scott in a panic because I know Adam is on holiday and he talked me through what I needed to do over the phone as the tub had gone into rest mode. I absolutely would and already have highly recommended this company. From start to finish they have been helpful, informative and knowledgeable about their products. We had ours installed recently and the two men who arrived couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. The man who showed me how the hot tub operates and functions was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring that I could call anytime if I needed any support with anything. Wouldn’t recommend. We knew someone who had got a hot tub from here and recommended them, we went down to the show room and put a deposit down on a hot tub and they said 8-10 weeks. That was on the 12th March. After months of ringing and ringing, we never got anywhere and never got an apology. Always said they’d ring us back and never did, never replied to our texts, the owner was never available to speak and when they did answer they were so unhelpful and rude.

Absolutely fantastic, we called in while out on a walk with our dog. " he was welcome to look round with us" very informative gave us fantastic advice on the different models, no sale pressure, all the staff very friendly, we would definitely recommend a vist. Aquafun offer a great service. Always polite and helpful, whether that be at the shop or at your home. Adam has done fantastic job of servicing our hot tub. Tremendous attention to detail, removing and cleaning all the jets individually and making the tub cover look like new. He has also fitted a gas assisted lifter after the standard one failed due to the weight of the cover
To sum up! Great customer service, friendly and reliable. I have no problem giving them a 5 star rating.

Just had the first annual service on our hot tub that we bought from Aquafun last summer. Excellent friendly service from Adam as usual. It was reassuring to be told that everything was in tip top condition and to keep up with what we were doing (first hot tub so we were nervous about chemicals etc). Would highly recommend Aquafun for sales and service requirements.
