I'm not one to normally leave reviews, but given the efforts this company made I feel that it is only right to make this effort. After endlessly phoning around to find a company that could come out to our property to sort out our very stressful drainage issue, and to also be able to give me the reassurances I needed having our vulnerable and elderly parents living with us during this pandemic. We eventually came across Draintech on the Internet. We called through to their Call centre and spoke to a very helpful and reassuring lady who explained how their engineer's were trained and equipped with

I've worked with Draintech for many years through the company I work for which is why I decided to use them for a drainage issue I had at a property I own. Dan from Draintech offices went above and beyond to help me out and keep me well informed and updated throughout the process which went on from Saturday morning through to Monday morning which became very complicated with having to involve the local water authority. I can not fault this company one bit and was really happy with the service they provided from Dan to the engineer attending even through to making payment which was also very reasonable

It appears that this company have no provision to deal with their waste so they stop on a quiet cul-de-sac when it's dark and proceed to dump the waste from the back of their van into my neighbours bin...all caught on CCTV and will be reported to the council.
